Dear WSPA Students,

We kindly inform you that classes in the winter semester of the 2020/2021 academic year will start on 5th November 2020 (Thursday).

Didactic classes in the winter semester of the 2020/2021 academic year will be implemented using distance learning methods and techniques, with particular emphasis on real-time videoconferences, in accordance with the schedule of classes.

A detailed schedule of classes will be available on the distance learning platform ( in the “Student Zone” (available from 15th October) no later than 5 days before the start of classes.

In accordance with the art. 51b paragraph 4 of the Act – The Law on Higher Education and Science, during the period of limiting the functioning of the University and for 60 days after its completion, student IDs are valid, without the need to confirm their validity – i.e. at least until 30th November.

Therefore, it is not necessary to appear at the University in order to extend the validity of the student ID.

on behalf of The University College of Enterprise and Education Authorities, we kindly inform you that credits and exams in the summer semester of academic year 2019/2020 will take place via the distance learning platform, upon dates agreed with the lecturers.

The latest on-line versions of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and more, available for free for WSPA students.

As a result of cooperation between The University College of Enterprise and Administration and Microsoft, all WSPA students are entitled to free access to the latest on-line version of Office 365.

Get started with Office in 3 steps:

  1. Go to the Office 365 portal:
  2. Log in with your university email address (e.g. Adam Kowalski, password -Wspa (Pesel or album number -Wspa01010101010).
  3. Use the Office365 online version.

Due to the numerous questions regarding the functioning ofMS Office 365 Suite, we would like to inform that every student received the university email address, generated on the basis of the name and surname, e.g. Adam Kowalski

We also remind you that the temporary password necessary for the first login is -WspaPESEL, e.g. Wspa01010101010 or WspaALBUM -Wspa01010.

Lecturers can log in using their old email addresses. The password necessary for the first login is only WspaPESEL.

    Thanks to the Microsoft Teams application, you can easily communicate with students and lecturers. It is also a great tool for conducting classes in remote mode! Share files and collaborate with all students on them. The application also allows you to create classes for students through integrated applications available as part of the Office suite.

Students who are currently writing their theses have the Office 365 PRO package provided.

Regulation No. 23/R/WSPA/2019-2020 of the Rector of the University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin of April 9, 2020 on changing the form of conducting lectures in higher education and post-graduate studies response to counteracting the spread of SARS-Cov-2-virus

Bearing in mind the common good and safety, due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus, with the ordinance of the Rector of WSPA in Lublin all the lectures and didactic classes conducted at the premises of WSPA are suspended from 11/03/2020 until 29/03/2020.

All the lectures will be implemented using distance learning methods and techniques. All students and Staff members are requested to monitor the information posted by the University by e-mail and on WSPA website.
