About the studies

The studies allow you to acquire unique knowledge and proven practical skills. There are three main modules:

The law module allows you to learn about contract law, public procurement, business compliance and business ethics. It enables you to actively participate in litigation, as well as judicial and extrajudicial debt collection.
The management module allows you to gain valuable managerial skills in human resources management, team building, effective communication and conflict resolution. It also teaches practical skills in managing projects operating in the European Union.
The finance module teaches practical skills in the areas of acquiring sources of financing for business operations, choosing the most convenient form of taxation, managing the company’s liquidity, budgeting for investment projects. It also allows you to conduct a financial analysis of the company, identify financial risks, manage a financial crisis, perform an audit and practice financial controlling.

The aim of the studies

The aim of the studies is to acquire knowledge and practical skills in managerial competencies that enable effective business management in the European Union. Postgraduate studies “EU COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT FOR NEWCOMERS” at WSPA emphasize the development of team and project management skills, which is essential in an international environment.

Postgraduate studies require a bachelor’s degree or higher. The language of instruction is English.

Conditions for graduation

The requirements for graduation from the postgraduate studies “EU COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT FOR NEWCOMERS” is active participation in classes, displaying appropriate level of knowledge and obtaining the required credits and examinations specified in the study program.

Graduation certificate

Graduates receive a certificate of completion of postgraduate studies at the University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin, as provided by law.

Dean of Finance and Accounting

Doctor of social sciences in the discipline of management and quality sciences, master of business administration, graduate of Finance and Banking at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Economics at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (KUL), as well as doctoral studies at Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin. He completed postgraduate studies in human resource management and business coaching at the University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin.

Professionally works in the local government administration in Lublin, where he holds the position of deputy director of a department. Author of numerous scientific publications for both national and international publishers. Speaker at many scientific conferences. Expert on Common Assessment Framework (CAF) used in public administration.

He has lectured, among others, at the Pontifical University of Salamanca in Spain, the University of Mauritius, the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon in Portugal, the University of Split in Croatia, the West University of Timisoara in Romania.

Artur Kokoszkiewicz, PhD
Artur Kokoszkiewicz, PhD

Attorney at law, member of the Lublin Bar Association.

He defended his doctoral thesis at the Kozminski University in Warsaw, obtaining a PhD in legal sciences. He completed two postgraduate studies at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) in financial management and project accounting and in negotiation and legal mediation, and holds a Mediator Certificate from the Polish Mediation Centre. In 2004-2007 he participated in a study of American law organized by the Chicago Kent College of Law and KUL, receiving a certificate from the Center for American Law.

Author of dozens of publications, including monographs and scientific articles in the field of law. In 2017, as a visiting professor, he conducted a series of lectures on law at the American University of Bulgaria in Blagoevgrad, in 2018 at the Politecnico de Lisboa in Lisbon, in 2019 at the University of Split.

“WSPA graduates study with a 10% discount” applies to WSPA graduates, i.e. graduates of undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate studies who submit the documents required in the admission process and are accepted for postgraduate studies in the 2024/2025 academic year.

The discount is a 10% reduction in tuition fees for the entire course of study.

“WSPA graduates study with a 10% discount”:

combines with the “Extra 5%” promotion
combines with the “Postgraduate studies for companies and institutions “ promotion

Extra 5%

The “Extra 5%” discount applies to candidates who are accepted for postgraduate studies in the winter/summer semester of the 2024/2025 academic year and pay tuition fees in advance.

The discount is a reduction in tuition fees for the entire course of study . The discount is not available if payment is made in any form other than a single payment.

Postgraduate studies for companies and institutions

The “Postgraduate studies for companies and institutions” discount applies to institutions that enroll their employees in postgraduate studies at the University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin in the 2024/2025 academic year and submit a declaration of co-financing the studies.

The promotion applies to the entire course of study and is a reduction in tuition fees by:

5% when enrolling 1 employee
10% when enrolling 2-3 employees
15% when enrolling 4 or more employees

The “Postgraduate studies for companies and institutions” discount:

combines with the “WSPA graduates study with a 10% discount” promotion

WSPA graduates study without an entry fee

The “WSPA graduates study without an entry fee” discount is an exemption from the entry fee for graduates of undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate studies at WSPA.

The entry fee exemption is applicable until further notice and applies to candidates who submit the required documents and are accepted for postgraduate studies in the 2024/2025 academic year.

The entry fee exemption combines with other promotions in terms of tuition fees at the University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin in the 2024/2025 academic year.
