International Admissions

How to apply?

In process of admission for the first year of study we do not charge any other fees than admission fee and tuition fee (check them in the tab ‘’Admission and tuition fees”). If you will need any other documents in admission or visa process we will issue them for free.

1st step: Choose a program

2nd step: Fill in the Application form BA_BSc or Application form MA (If you have any problem with the application form, please don’t hesitate to contact us by e-mail address indicated below). Complete the application form in digital way, print it and write your hand signatures.

3rd step: Submit all the required documents by sending them to e-mail admissions@wspa.pl:

  • scanned copy of your passport (the personal data page),
  • scanned copy of secondary school certificate with transcript of grades,
  • scanned copy of an International English language proficiency certificate (like IELTS or TOEFL), unless the language of instruction in your previous education was English,
  • application form completed in digital way with your hand signatures,
  • scanned copy of your undergraduate diploma with transcript of grades if you are applying for Master degree program,
  • scans of three sketches of: “Nature”, “Imagination” and “Simple geometrical figures” if you are applying for Architecture or Interior design program.

You do not need to send any other documents, like CV or your Birth certificate.

Remember that your application will be considered only when you submit all documents so please contact us immediately in case of any problems or doubts concerning this step that you might have. We will contact each candidate as soon as we receive his application.

4th step: Wait for the Admission’s team answer.

5th step: If your educational documents will be accepted by the Admission team you will receive Offer letter with further information. Please read the Offer letter and send it back by e-mail with your hand signatures.

6th step: Pay the tuition fee for one semester or academic year (two semesters) and admission fee (200 euro) in one transfer. Please write your name and surname and number of passport in the transfer description.

After the payment you should send the confirmation of payment to our e-mail.

In case of visa refusal the tuition fee is fully refundable.

7th step: Wait for the acceptance letter that will be sent to you by e-mail. With acceptance letter you can start your visa process.

Dates and deadlines

According to academic calendar students are admitted to the University College of Enterprise and Administration at the beginning of winter and summer semesters, however applications are accepted on a regular basis throughout the year. Semesters start in February and October. We encourage you to apply for admission as soon as possible before the beginning of each semester.

Admission requirements

After arrival to Poland and before receiving a student status the applicant to study at WSPA is obliged to deliver by hand, by registered letter or by a courier service a complete set of the following documents:

  • An application forme Application form BA_BSc or Application form MA
  • An original or a certified copy of the certificate of secondary education, with a certified translation into Polish or English. Your educational documents should have apostilles confirming their authenticity.
  • A nostrification certificate – this document is required when a high school diploma has been issued in the country with which Poland has no bilateral agreement on mutual recognition of education documents, and when the country has signed such agreement with Poland but the said document is not covered by it; or a certificate of equivalency of the foreign high school diploma with the Polish high school diploma must be submitted when the foreign document has been issued in the country with which Poland has signed  an agreement on mutual recognition of education documents.
  • An international certificate of English language proficiency (like IELTS or TOEFL). The requirement does not concern those candidates for whom English is either the native language or was the language of instruction in their high school.
  • A medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications against undertaking studies (regarding both the chosen programme and the mode of studies) – you can obtain it after arrival to Poland. It is for free with a document which you will receive from.
  • Two 35x45mm photos
  • A signed enrollment agreement and other documents provided by the Admission team.

Candidates applying for a graduate programs shall submit also an original or a certified copy of the undergraduate diploma and transcript of grades with a certified translation into Polish or English.

In addition, after the successful process applicant has to present:

  • An Insurance policy against illness or personal accidents (It can be the same which you used in visa process) for the entire period of study in Poland, or a European Health Insurance Card, or signed insurance agreement with the National Health Fund.
  • A passport  (the personal data page) and Polish visa or a temporary residence card or any other document entitling the holder to stay in Poland.
