In this specialization, you will:

Learn how to implement modern and effective solutions in managing finances in private companies and public institutions

Become proficient in financial consulting

HR Manager and Business Coaching

In this specialization, you will:

Develop abilities necessary to manage human capital
Prepare to be an HR manager who both effectively achieves the goals of the organization and is open to the needs of the team
Learn what professional coaching is and how to grow your organization based on coaching culture
Learn how to build business-oriented development programs for, among others, supporting the development of corporate culture, boosting employee competencies, creating and implementing changes, increasing flexibility and effectiveness of management, creating talent development programs
Gain knowledge and skills necessary to use coaching in business, for example in recruitment, training, building marketing strategies, motivating, management and leadership
Learn how by using the coaching approach you can support people in achieving their goals and build rewarding relationships, both personal and professional

Specializes in implementing organizational and executive improvements in companies and public institutions. The foundation devises and develops projects for social and managerial innovations.

The course “Organizational audit in a company” is organized together with the partner.

After completing the course students receive a certificate confirming the acquired skills in conducting an organizational audit.

The course is run by Paweł Prokop – chairman of the board of the foundation, head of the branch of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, community adviser to the president of Lublin.

Grupa Tipmedia Sp. z o.o.
