The latest online versions of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and more, available for free for WSPA students
As a result of cooperation between The University College of Enterprise and Administration and Microsoft, all WSPA students are entitled to free access to the latest online version of Office 365.
Get started with Office in 3 steps:
- Go to the Office 365 portal:
- Log in with your university email address (e.g. Adam Kowalski kowalski@wspa.edu.pl, password -Wspa (Pesel or album number -Wspa01010101010).
- Use the Office365 online version.
Due to the numerous questions regarding the functioning ofMS Office 365 Suite, we would like to inform that every student received the university email address, generated on the basis of the name and surname, e.g. Adam Kowalski a.kowalski@wspa.edu.pl.
We also remind you that the temporary password necessary for the first login is -WspaPESEL, e.g. Wspa01010101010 or WspaALBUM -Wspa01010.
Lecturers can log in using their old email addresses. The password necessary for the first login is only WspaPESEL.
As part of office 365 you get:
- On-line version of MS Office programs.
Get the MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note) in an online version for all students.
- Professional email for every Microsoft Outlook student
A professional 50 GB mailbox.
- Excellent cooperation between students and lecturers
The SharePoint service allows students and teachers the ability to create sites where documents, presentations, and other materials can be posted with access for a specific group of users.
- Microsoft OneDrive cloud
Get up to 5 TB of cloud storage for each user! OneDrive allows you to share documents with all users inside and outside the school, while maintaining full control over who can see or edit these documents.
- Easy communication
Thanks to the Microsoft Teams application, you can easily communicate with students and lecturers. It is also a great tool for conducting classes in remote mode! Share files and collaborate with all students on them. The application also allows you to create classes for students through integrated applications available as part of the Office suite.
Students who are currently writing their theses have the Office 365 PRO package provided.
