The University College of Enterprise and Administration has decided to suspend all further admissions for the March intake

Dear Sir/Madam,
The University College of Enterprise and Administration would like to announce the following new information.

In recent months, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland has changed regulations regarding migration policy. During this period, we, as an institution, have tried to establish the best solutions to many problems that have arisen. To this day, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not published any legal guidance or documentation that would help us provide the best possible assistance to candidates. We have also received information that some embassies will be closed until 2025. Based on what we have learned, applying for a visa is currently very difficult in every country. We do not want to mislead prospective candidates or prolong the waiting time for admission. Therefore, we regret to announce our decision.

The University College of Enterprise and Administration has decided to suspend all further admissions for the March intake.

We understand the seriousness of this situation and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To clarify the situation, we would like to establish the following points:

– Candidates who have already paid can receive a full refund.
– Candidates who submitted the original documents for nostrification will have their documents returned later, along with the translation and the decision from the Polish Board of Education in Lublin.
– Candidates who apply for a refund are required to submit a complete set of necessary documents.
– Candidates who submitted their refund application earlier will be processed first.

IMPORTANT: During this difficult time, we want to assist everyone throughout the refund process. Given the current situation, please be aware that the queue and waiting times may be extended.
Documents will be evaluated by the Admission Office and the Financial Office. To initiate
the application, you need to submit a complete set of documents listed below:
– Application form
– Payment confirmation
– The first page of your passport (photo or scan)
– A video of your passport (we need to see each page)
– Refund form (please find it attached, fill it out digitally, but the signature must be handwritten, and everything needs to be on one page).

Without a complete set of documents, we will not be able to process your case. Additionally, please ensure that your bank details are written down correctly. By the end of March 2025, all candidates will be refunded.

Once again, we deeply apologize for any inconvenience that has arisen during the admission process. The actions of higher authorities are beyond our control. This decision aims to demonstrate transparency and honesty towards our candidates. We want the best for our candidates, and to achieve this, we need legal guidance from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to ask. When the new regulations are established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we will immediately notify you, and recruitment for the University College of Enterprise and Administration will resume. All relevant information and rules will be presented to you, and you will be able to apply for studies.
