Acting Dean of Computer Science 

An entrepreneur in the IT and education sectors, lecturer, trainer, and creator of educational content, applications, and scientific articles. A graduate of the Computer Science program at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS). Holds a diploma in Pedagogical Qualification Studies. Specializes in the methodology of teaching mathematics at all educational levels. Has professional experience in teams developing educational platforms, including as a manager. Works daily with Java, Python, C, C++, Java Android, SQL databases, and UML. Manages computer networks and cybersecurity.

He has lectured at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw. He served as the Dean of the Computer Science Program at WSPA during the 2021/2022 academic year.

In his teaching practice, he focuses on tailoring knowledge delivery methods to the individual needs of students. His advanced methodological skills enable his students to achieve excellent results. He is passionate about LEGO blocks, mobile technologies, automotive advancements, and robotics.

Monika Kaczoworska, PhD Eng.

Doctor of Engineering and Technical Sciences. She earned her Ph.D. and completed doctoral studies in Computer Science at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Computer Science from the Lublin University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

Author of over 30 scientific publications on topics related to artificial intelligence.

She has been teaching since 2018 and works professionally as a Data Scientist at an international company.

In her free time, she loves traveling around the world.

Monika Kłos, MA

Marta Komorska, PhD, Assoc. Prof. (WSPA)

Rector’s Plenipotentiary for Students with Disabilities

Doctor of Humanities in Sociology. Currently, a research and teaching staff member at the University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin, she previously worked as an assistant professor at the Institute of Sociology at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin until 2015.

Her scientific interests focus on social policy, social economy, and managing local communities. In her teaching and research practice, she integrates collaboration with social policy institutions and local government units, enabling students to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application. She is the author of over fifty scientific publications on social policy, demography, research methodology, and related topics.

In addition to her academic work, Marta Komorska, PhD, Assoc. Prof. (WSPA) collaborates with local institutions and organizations. Since 2019, she has been a member of the Regional Committee for Social Economy Development in the Lublin Voivodeship. Between 2018 and 2021, she served as an expert in building local partnerships and cooperation for delivering social services.

As part of her international collaboration, she maintains strong ties with organizations and universities in Spain, Iceland, Turkey, Portugal, Sicily, and Cyprus.

She is a member of the Polish Society for Social Policy and the Polish Sociological Association.

Ewa Miszczak, PhD, Assoc. Prof. (WSPA)

Acting Dean of the Media and Journalism

She holds a Ph.D. in Humanities in Sociology. Since 2016, she has been a lecturer at the University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin (WSPA), where she also serves as the Rector’s Plenipotentiary for Quality Evaluation in Education. Her professional expertise includes the methodology of sociological research, the issues of aging societies, family transformation and social roles, phenomena related to religion and religiosity, and various aspects of small-group management.

She has published dozens of independent scientific articles and two monographs based on her empirical research. She is fluent in English, holding a certified C1-level qualification, and enthusiastically studies Italian.

In her free time, she enjoys relaxing in the company of her cat, gardening, and tending to flowers. She also takes pleasure in hiking with her family around Lublin and its surroundings. She is passionate about the ancient and contemporary cultures of Mediterranean countries and usually spends her vacations traveling through different regions of Italy.

Specialist in Human Resource Management and English Language Teaching. A methodological director with extensive experience gained in language schools in Poland and the United Kingdom. She is a trainer, academic lecturer, and team leader. Additionally, she is the author of blended-learning and e-learning courses focused on English language skills and soft skills, including creativity, communication, and cultural awareness and sensitivity.

Since 2007, she has been managing and developing her own business specializing in foreign language instruction and soft skills training.
