Meet the WSPA Academic Ombudsman

The academic ombudsman at WSPA acts as a first contact person, whose task is to support and assist members of the academic community in cases of discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment and mobbing at the school.

Meetings with the ombudsman are confidential, informal and are meant to talk through the issue and decide what the affected person can do in a given situation. The ombudsman does not make decisions, but supports in understanding the problem and suggests potential solutions.

Protection against violations of one’s dignity at the school (including against discrimination, mobbing, harassment or sexual harassment) applies to students, employees, lecturers and guests. Regardless of their role, each person should be treated with respect.

Piotr Skrzypczak, a lecturer in the International Relations program, acts as the academic ombudsman.

Piotr Skrzypczak is a political scientist and mediator. He specializes in human rights protection and has been actively involved with aid and humanitarian organizations for more than 20 years.

How can I contact the ombudsman?

Piotr Skrzypczak is present at the school on a daily basis, so he does not have special duty hours. You can make an appointment by email at p.skrzypczak@wspa.pl or in urgent cases by phone at 602307841.
