Andrzej Borowski, PhD

Holds a Doctorate in Social Sciences in the discipline of Management and Quality, a Master of Business Administration from the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, a degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics, and a degree in Economics from the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, as well as doctoral studies at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Completed postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management and Business Trainer Education at the University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin (WSPA).

Professionally associated with local government administration in Lublin, currently serving as Director of the Communication Department. Author of numerous scientific publications in both national and international journals and a speaker at various academic conferences. Expert in the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) applied in public administration.

Teaching experience dates back to 2009. Delivers courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including Human Resource Management, Organizational Culture, Financial Management (including public finance), Economics, and Diploma Seminar for programs in Administration and Management.

Has lectured internationally, including at the Pontifical University of Salamanca (Spain), University of Mauritius (Mauritius), Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon (Portugal), University of Split (Croatia), and West University of Timisoara (Romania).

At WSPA, serves as Dean of the Finance and Accounting Program, responsible for maintaining an up-to-date curriculum, selecting faculty, fostering relationships with socio-economic stakeholders, and supporting student development.
