Master of Law. Founder and President of the Foundation for Managerial Initiatives, Plenipotentiary of the Mayor of Lublin for Social Participation and Cross-Border Cooperation, Director of the Representation of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce in Lublin, trainer and consultant in the management of public, social, and business sector institutions. Author of numerous international cooperation programs (including with the USA, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Italy, and Germany), and an expert in local government and social programs, particularly in long-term innovative projects.
An academic teacher at the University College of Enterprise and Administration (WSPA) for 20 years; co-organizer of numerous conferences and educational initiatives implemented jointly with WSPA; academic supervisor of postgraduate programs: Human Capital Management and Public Administration Manager.
Member of the Quality Team for the Management program.
The Foundation for Managerial Initiatives serves as a technology partner for the Administration, Management, and International Relations programs at WSPA. The collaboration includes co-developing new specializations, accepting students for internships, and providing opinions on the study programs.
