Dear Students! We invite you to the workshop “Yes, you can – release your stress and enjoy studying”, which will take place on Tuesday, 20 May at 11:00 AM in Room 120.

This workshop is designed for students who want to manage stress more effectively and rediscover the joy of studying. Participants will learn simple relaxation techniques, emotional regulation tools, and strategies for building a positive mindset in a supportive and relaxed setting. The goal is to improve mental well-being and boost motivation for learning.
