The Rules of Apprenticeship at the University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin

How to complete your Apprenticeship:
- Visit the Vocational & Educational Adviser (Room 200). Based on an initial interview, you will receive advice regarding the Apprenticeship placement. If you already have a placement, the Adviser will verify its suitability. If someone has chosen a place for internship, they must submit an internship application form, which will be presented to the relevant internship representative, and then, after the selected place for internship is approved, the student will receive the documents.
- Visit the Apprenticeship Coordinator (Room 200) to collect the referral and the Apprenticeship agreement, which must be submitted no later than the first day of the Apprenticeship.
- Complete the Apprenticeship.
- Submit the following documents:
- Signed contract
- Correctly completed Apprenticeship journal or report
- Signed certificate of your Apprenticeship
- Signed opinion of the Apprenticeship tutor
Remember! Students are required to have valid accident insurance for the duration of the Apprenticeship.
Do you currently work? Have you had an Apprenticeship? It can also be approved!
The Apprenticeship Plenipotentiary of your course may approve the following as fulfilling the Apprenticeship requirement upon your request:
- Professional work performed during the Apprenticeship period
- Apprenticeship completed at another university
- Running a business
- Participation in apprenticeships in domestic or foreign enterprises ensuring the acquisition of practical skills
Approval is conditional upon compliance with the study program.
Documents required for approval of work or other activities as Apprenticeship:
- Details of the institution where the work or activity was performed
- Duration of the Apprenticeship
- Description of the activities performed
- Signature of the person authorized to issue the document
