Since 2022, he has served as CEO of Hemplab Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in contract manufacturing of dietary supplements, functional foods, and feed additives. During the establishment and development of the company, he was comprehensively responsible for key business areas, including marketing and sales development, financial management, and production process optimization. Additionally, he successfully carried out the company’s internationalization process, resulting in partnerships and sales across more than 10 foreign markets.
Previously, before founding Hemplab, he was Export Director at Modern-Expo and Export Manager at DLS, where he was responsible for developing and implementing export strategies, strengthening the companies’ presence in international markets.
