General information for Erasmus+ Incoming Students

Students who wish to spend Spring semester at WSPA should:

study at the university which is WSPA’s Partner University
be nominated by Erasmus+ coordinator from their Home University
submit Application Form before deadline

Deadlines for applicants: Spring semester: November 15th

Language requirements:

Level of English should be no lower than B1 – we recommend B2 or higher. No language certificate is required.

Academic calendar 2024/25:

Spring semester start: February 24^th, 2024

Spring semester end (including exams): June 28^th, 2025

Health Insurance:

All students are obliged to have health insurance valid for the total duration of stay in Poland, including travel to and from Lublin. EU citizens must additionally have the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). Apart from health insurance students are obliged to have valid accident insurance and liability insurance coverage.

Accommodation:

After submitting required documents, all Erasmus+ Incoming Students will receive email with an updated list with housing possibilities in Lublin (dormitories, private flats etc.) together with links to the useful websites and contact information.
